Creating a proposal as we did allows us to really think about what we are going to do. I think this was a good way to get people to test their idea before they actually started the process. If we were able to figure out the materials and timeline of the process and still feel we are able to do that topic we should be good. I think this also cut down wasting time before you start planning all this on the side or even as you go this proposal made you think about all the logistics before you started.
